EXTENSIVE RENOVATION

Single level semi detached dwelling in Sydney’s North Bondi. The lower level of the home was excavated to create a new basement level rumpus. Ground floor internal walls were removed to create a space that opened up  to the sunny rear yard.

Full renovation including upper floor addition, new bathrooms, kitchen, stairs and finishes.  Creating a relaxed family friendly home.
